Particularly, the 15th clause of the Bill, i.e. "Transparency of financial means", serves not to fulfill the requirements of the Council of Europe, but to close down newspapers in the easiest way, states the chief-in-editor of the newspaper "Azg" Hakob Avetikyan. At this moment the newspaper "Azg" has 11 mln Drams of debt. It means that the newspaper is to be declared bankrupt and be closed down, if the bill "About Mass Media" in its present state is passed.
