MICKAEL GRIGORYAN'S STANDPOINT ON "A1+" TV COMPANY

Today during the meeting on corruption fire-prevention Mickael Grigoryan, the Defence Minister's counciller as well as the head of Legal Provision Department mentioned several occurences of corruption exposure. Because of having taken bribes Robert Avagyan, the head of Education and Science Ministry Licence Department and Zaven Hovhannisyan, the head of "Goods exchange and delivery" Company have been brought criminal cases against.

Mr. Grigoryan also noted that he was not so naive to think that the afore-mentioned fields were the only ones corrupted. In a reply to the question " Which fields are much more corrupted?" he said:" There's an opinion that the most corrupted ones are justice and legal systems. But is it possible that those two are the only corrupted ones?".

In Armenia wish in the first instance is need for corruption fire-prevention,- Mr. Grigoryan thinks.

To prove law on corruption fire-prevention he considers going in for populism. "The Crime Code gives a great opportunity for fire-prevention. The law on Efficient Investigative Activity as well will be proved soon",- informed the counciller.

Mr. Grigoryan also told the journalists that officials are afraid of publications. And Free Mass Media have much to do in this case.On "A1+" TV Channel ceasing he said:" A1+" had its own role in free Press making and your issue is not to be terminarted".
