FORMER PRIME-MINISTER GIVES EVIDENCE OF MUSHEGH SAGHATELYAN'S CASE
Support A1+!"The criminal action brought in against Mushegh Saghatelyan is false and is a result of the statement made by him on 27 th the October case", - today Aram Sargsyan, the head of Republic party as well as the former Prime-Minister of Armenia gave testimony in the First Instance Court of Nork-Marash Community.
He noted that after having met the "Sheytan" nicknamed agent for some times he began suspecting but after suspicion turned into certitude. "How can it be that the person being set free 2 years earlier and under suspicious circumstances immediately goes to the party office and informs there that he is in danger?",- said Aram Sargsyan. "Some powers stand behind the agent's back",- he thinks. "If you find out who those to stand are you'll find out as well who 27th the October teract organizers and supporters are".
Mr. Sargsyan announced that trial on Mushegh Saghatelyan's case has only political context and he can't respect the justice system that acts the way real criminals remain at large.
Today Mushegh Saghatelyan's cousin Hakob Martirosyan as well gave evidence. He was as well accused of possessing false diploma and holding high post in Internal Affairs Ministry system. But the criminal case brought against him had been ignored. Today answering the Prosecutor's questions he said:" I have got a specialized secondary education and the Minister himself countenanced and suggested me to get involved in the system".
The defendant Mushegh Saghatelyan solicited for examining the witness on the substance and the questions to witness Martirosyan had nothing common with his case as the defendant thought.
