WHO AND WHAT DO ALM CAMERAS WORK FOR?

Newly- established "ALM" TV was one of those that were recording the trial on "A1+" TV Company. The TV Channel is not broadcasted yet but sends journalists groups everywhere to elucidate any kind of measures. It 's quite normal as they are getting ready for being broadcasted.

But there were 2 cameras from "ALM" TV in the Court Hall. Usually several cameras are being sent for recording a program or a film but not for making an information material. Maybe, "ALM" envisaged to shoot a film on "A1+" TV? If not who "ALM" TV cameras were "working" for and who is to be shown their "works" to?
