THE PEOPLE ARE THE ONLY MASTERS OF THE COUNTRY
Support A1+!The meeting having become traditional recently wasn't held on Friday as usual but today - on Tuesday in order the meeting participants were able to represent their demands to the Parliament deputies. Before going to the Parliament building a meeting was held on Freedom Square. The participants of the sit-in since May the 10-th announced that the sit-in was with no fixed term - untill their demands were fulfilled. The public also demands that the deputies elected by them ensured the needed figure of deputies' signatures for the president's impeachment provided by the Constitution.
"There is only one master in the country and it is the nation and the others are the nation's servants. They have no other master. This is being explained guickly and step by step to them by us",- says Ashot Manucharyan, the member of political commitee for "Socialistic Armenia" Union.
The opposition conviction of that this time people will achieve their demands fulfilled is being proved through the steps taken by the Authorities. "During the month and a half of the meetings held the president has never been in the country",- says Hayk Esayan, the member of political commitee for "Socialistic Armenia" Union.
On today's meeting it was announced that several buses taking the provinces people to the meeting had been arrested one more time. There are numerous cases when some participants of a meeting or a march are being taken to different departments of Foreign Affairs Ministry. The meeting participants thanked those employees of the Ministry who didn't hamper people in expressing their will. The people realize that they have the right to participate in any march or meeting as it is fixed by the Armenian Constitution.
