As “RusBusinessConsulting” agency reports, Russian Khimki town’s court found illegal TV 6 Company broadcasting termination. Court delivered its verdict after consideration of a viewer lawsuit.

Court obliged the TV6 founders to resume broadcasting within 3 months.

This information can be useful especially for Armenian judges. It is known that a number of the “A1+” viewers submit the similar suit to the Yerevan court.
