THE NEXT STEP IS THE EUROPEAN COURT
Support A1+!Today the Economic Chamber / Chairman Arman Mkrtumyan / of the Court of Appeal left unchanged the decision by the Economic Court on April the 25-th.
On April the 25-th the Economic Court refused the claim by "A1+" TV Company against TV and Radio National Commission. "A1+" demanded to declare invalid the decisions by the Commission on broadcasting licence for TV and Radio programs .
Through the claim "A1+" also demanded to declare invalid decisions on the TV programs' broadcasting licencing for the 37-th frequency range and the establishment of the order for the competition on broadcasting licencing. The decision of the Economic Court is groundless, facts of the case are distorted, some clauses of Laws on Constitution, "TV and Radio", "Reglament for TV and Radio National Commission", "Licence" have been infringed. Just illegality of the decision was being disputed at the Court of Appeal .
The Court of Appeal didn't grant the protest by "A1+". Actually, the Court of Appeal supported "A1+" TV, thus precipitating "A1+"'s appeal to the European Court.
