ARMAN MKRTUMYAN IN THE LEADING ROLE
Support A1+!Our leading "actor"assumed a role of an all-powerful hero who's not afraid of anything or anybody. Before the session began he had told the guests, i.e. those present, would be made to leave the Court Hall if uttered a word.
The first "victim" was Mickael Danielyan, the chairman of Helsinki Association. The reason was taping by camera. Mr. Mkrtumyan shouted on recording and demanded them to be switched off and Mr. Danielyan to leave the Hall.
The second one was a woman who tried to find out why the judge didn't allow to record the session. Mkrtumyan told her to leave the Hall on her own if she didn't want to be forced to leave. The woman was asked to leave by the Law-enforcement bodies.
The third "victim" was the reporter of "Haylur". The reason was call on mobile. Before the Mr. Mkrtumyan had warned everybody to switch off the mobiles if didn't want to leave the Court Hall. "Haylur"'s reporter was asked to leave, too.
So, after having created a climate of "fear", Arman Mkrtumyan demanded the representatives of Media's present to solicit for permission for recording. Then he began to examine the decisions by the courts to find out whether they were legal or not.
