IT'S NOT SO EASY TO COME THROUGH UNSCATHED

Judge Arman Mkrtumyan tried to blame the laws for "A1+" TV ceasing, saying they were "imperfect" / his action was not a surprise. Those having shut down "A1+" didn't want to "come through unscathed", blaming the "imperfect" law for that /.

During dispute on competitions Mr. Mkrtumyan said the laws were being commented in different ways. As he thinks, the National Commission and Tigran Ter Yesayan, "A1+" TV advocate have regarded the law differently. The judge even asked: "Maybe the Law is not clear?" This remark is not to the point as it is beyond contoversy - through the Laws on TV and Radio and Reglament, the Commission had no right to announce for several competitions for certain frequency ranges. The Law says clearly - the Commission was to announce for one competition only.
