The claim by "Meltex" LTD "A1+" TV Company against "Television Net of Armenia" State CJSC will be brought before the Court on the 28-th of June in the Chamber of Civic and Economic cases of the Court of Appeal of Armenia. The claim demands to declare invalid the document by TV and Radio National Commission which contradicts the Law.
