Today, lawyer Ashot Sarkisyan made a plea to the judge to send court summons to victims once again. Ashot Sarkisyan and lawyer Yunoshev say they attach a great importance to the testimonies of those Parliament and Cabinet members who sat that tragic day in the front rows in the session room. The judge is sustained plea, despite defendant Nairi Hunanyan objection. The latter thinks the trial participants prolong hearings deliberately. Hunanyan demanded to give him terrorist action tape record to scrutinise it. His demand was rejected. Then he demanded audio record but it was in vain. Eventually he announced he is collecting evidence on Armen Armenakyan murder.
