Schools are to learn the ways to procure finances . "The charitable organizations will contribute to them as long as USA State Department does" ,- today the representative of "Project Harmony" advised the school teachers.

"Youth Achievements" educational and social organization executes "Sustain to Advance" program on schools self-financing and development of trustees' councils together with "Project Harmony". The project will further the trustees' councils of 60 schools of the country . As the project executives say, they are to be linkages between a school and a commune.

Under the Government decision, beginning from the next year trustees' council with participation of both teachers and parents are obligatory to be established in each school. Through courses "Youth Achievements" organization will teach the school representatives the ways to collect money for school needs .
