POLICE ILL-INFORMED ABOUT JUVENILE DRUG-TAKING
Support A1+!“So far no overseas citizens have been involved in drug trafficking in Armenia”, Home Ministry official Alexei Hakobyan said at the anti-drug seminar held Thursday. He also finds it a very comforting fact that only a single teenager has been involved in drug trafficking for past decade.
Hakobyan says there is no problem of juvenile drug traffickers in Armenia now. Moreover, he doesn’t consider teens a vulnerable to drug-addiction group.
Chair of "AIDS Prevention, Education and Care" public organisation Artak Musheghyan presented facts of juvenile drug-taking. He said the organisation has held a survey, which showed 95 of 500 Yerevan’s students surveyed had taken drugs by means of injection.
