6 companies have produced claim for broadcasting on 5 frequency ranges.

58-th / CNN / decimetre frequencies were put to tender. The Companies, broadcasting on the above frequencies, claimed for them, too. Only “A1+” TV Company is to compete with them as it had put in a claim for the tender for 4 frequencies / 27, 31, 39, 51 / simultaneously.
2 or 3 companies had a claim on each frequency at the previous tender. Besides “Sharm”, “Dophin TV” Company, registered 20 days before, had laid a claim to the 37-th frequency.
There are no new companies this time. “Noyan Tapan” Company had put in a claim for tender to TV and Radio National Committee. But the tender was rejected reasoning no certain frequency range was stated in and it is a law breach.
