This time, the opposition has succeeded in its effort to reach justice. The thing is that 13 opposition parties have filed motion to the Court of Appeal challenging the first instance court decision on the parties’ suit against the Parliament Speaker Armen Khachatryan and Vice-Speaker Gagik Aslanyan, who, violating the regulations, had ignored MP Ghukas Ulikhanyan’s motion of non-confidence in President Kocharyan.

The Appeal Court sustained the opposition demand returning the case for reconsideration.
