A NEW TENDER TO HOLD
Support A1+!Today the Court of Appeal left unchanged the decision of the Economic Court regarding the tender proposal of Noyan Tapan News Agency .
TV and Radio National committee, headed by Grigor Amalayan, has been sustaining a defeat in the Armenian Court for the second time.
Amalyan doesn’t want to comment on the decision and says Committee will hold a session to determine the further schedule for conducting the tender .
Under the decision by the Economic Court, Committee is obliged to accept the tender proposal of “Noyan Tapan” within 3 days. During a 10-day-long term tender packages must be opened. The names of the licence owners of Yerevan 5 frequency ranges will be known in the beginning of February .
The decision of Economic Court in force set responsibilities for “Noyan Tapan”. The News Agency must state for what frequency it applies for. Agency Head Tigran Harutyunyan confirmed their intention of participation in the tender announced for the 58-th frequency range /CNN broadcasts on it now/ .
