58 voting papers were declared invalid in 40071 polling station, located in N 62 school of Yerevan. The reason for that is the voting papers were not marked by the pen of election centre, as Vazgen Manukyan’s proxy assures. By the way, 55 of them were voted for Stepan Demirchyan.

Manukyan’s proxy was deprived of his right to calculate for having voted against that decision. There was disparity of 106 votes in that election centre, /in favour of Kocharyan/, Manukyan’s proxy as well as local observers Gevorg Karapetyan and Zaven Tamashyan assure.
