ON-LINE IRREGULARITIES
Support A1+!On February 23 “A1+” TV Company held a voting on its web site – home.a1plus, www.home.a1plus, expecting to get impartial results over the rating of candidates. While carrying out this project, it was taken into account the circumstance that rating of “A1+” web site and number of readers increased during the last week. /by number of visits home.a1plus.am is the second among Armenian web sites after www.freenet.am/.
It turns out it is impossible to expect unbiased and objective results in Armenia even if on-line voting. Hackers meddled in on-line voting since 4: 00 PM. Though an ordinary reader can’t take part in the voting more than once/not allowed by the program/, the representative of Authorities was voted for 100 times from “very important” addresses. Results non-corresponded to the facts were got which were represented during “Orakarg” program of Public TV.
”Stuffing of the on-line ballot-box“ was disclosed by the administration of home.a1plus.am. The hackers continued “working” today but couldn’t drastically have impact on the voting results.
”A1+” decided to take the voting results out of the web site as today is the last day for publishing the results of surveys under the Law.
