COMMISSION DECLINES FIVE TV COMPANIES’ DEMAND

Radio and Television National Commission declined Monday the motion filed by “Erevan”, “Dar 21”, TV 5”, “EV” and “Armenakob” TV companies on giving them back their tender packages.

Grigor Amalyan, the head of the commission, justified his decision by saying A1+ and Noyan Tapan TV companies’ legitimate interests haven’t been taken in consideration in this motion. “In first case the companies demanded back only their tender proposals, and now they went further demanding whole tender package”, he said.
