ANOTHER SUIT EXPECTED TO BE FILED AGAINST AMALYAN

Third hearing on 5 TV companies’ suit against Radio and Television National Commission is to be held on Friday at Economic Court. The commission delayed the broadcasting frequencies tender, which A1+ TV Company’s further fate is depend on, pending for court decision.

It is expected that judge Khundkaryan will eventually make a decision at the Friday’s session. However, it isn’t ruled out the hearing to be postponed because of any new reason.

It is clear that judicial red tape won’t be over after Economic Court decision, as one of parts for sure will apply to Appeal court and the tender will suspended for another month.

Reliable sources say a new legal action against the commission is to be launched in the beginning of March. The commission head, Grigor Amalyan, can be given new field for his activity and completely devote himself to legal proceedings.
