The number of demands of 5 TV Companies to TV and Radio National Committee gradually increases. In the Court session on February 28 Karen Mejlumyan, the representative of the 5, filled in the claim statement introduced by him.

Now Dar-21, CNN, Yerevan-TV, TV-5, Armen Akob TV Companies demanded Court to declare invalid TV and Radio Committee decision on fixing January 31 the day for opening the tender proposals. Advocate Karen Mejlumyan says Committee has illegally fixed the tender day .

He thinks Committee was to declare invalid the tender announced for on October 15 and to announce a new one, receiving new tender proposals.

Thanks to this way of filling in the statement of claim, the 5 TV Companies which licences expired long ago, will continue working easily without worrying about the tender.

The TV Companies don’t either renounce their former demand - to be given back their tender proposals in closed form and a chance to amend them.

Judge Khundrakyan fixed the next session on March 14 to study the new demand of 5 TV Companies.
