OBSCURE DECISION
Support A1+!Today Court of Appeal heard the claim of Raffi Hovhannissyan against the president of Armenia. Raffi Hovhannissyan, nominated as candidate for presidency but not registered because of caprice of Authorities, had claimed on declaring him as a citizen of Armenia since independence in 1991, under his application. He also demanded to call the president to account for display of idleness.
Court of Appeal reached a verdict that was unprecedented, as Hovhannissyan’ advocate Vartan Poghossyan named. Court decided to grant the claim partly .
But the claim content, especially the granted part, was unclear for even 3 advocates of Hovhannissyan. Vartan Poghossyan said: “It’s not clear even for us since we don’t possess the decision text. Under Law, we can get it within 7 days. After we will be able to understand what exactly today’s decision of Court is” .
We think the obscure decision of Appeal Court will be made public after the presidential elections, so we wish the professional advocates of Raffi Hovhannissyan patience of 2 weeks and not one.
