Today at 2:00 – 3:00 PM a skirmish took place near Victory Park in Gyumri. Jirayr Harutyunyan died. The 2 injured people were taken to hospital, and one of them, Serob Grigoryan, died, too.

Most probably, the accident continued, and as a result of it 3 more people were killed.
