THE SITTING WAS DELAYED
Support A1+!Today the Constitutional Court held a sitting to consider the case over disputing re-voting in N 12 election district. Versand Hakobyan, Harutyun Gharagyozyan and Rafael Khachatryan were competing in N 12 election district. Gharagyozyan won by majority of votes.
Hakobyan had put an application demanding to review the election results, which he says passed through obvious election fraud. The candidate had introduced to the Court papers that prove the election irregularities. Court had considered the papers and heard both parties. But because of lack of the final speech by sides the sitting was delayed till Monday.
