“Announcing the tender, the Committee put all the parties under equal conditions. We will look through the tender proposals, then it will be easy to make decisions”, TV and Radio National Commission Chair Grigor Amalyan announced the tender day, promising to take into account and mark only the tender proposals.
On July 18 it will also be known if speech freedom is finally dead in Armenia or not.
