ARYANS DEMAND BUT DON’T OBLIGE

Social

The Armenian nationalists voiced their support today to the opponents of school optimisation in the round hall of the Writers’ Union. According to them, optimisation would progress if it weren’t distorted at the root. Those disfiguring are foreign organisations, which activity was planned and purposeful.

Armenian Aryans’ Unity leader Armen Avetisyan found through the program on “2001-2005 Education Development”, approved by Parliament in 2001, thatthose organisations aim to form in Armenia “citizens meeting the demands of the world market”.

Mr Avetisyan asserts that the program obliges us to get rid of experienced scientists, teachers, since they are too dangerous at the aspect of international integration. The nationalists consider optimisation as a trap for especially “skilful and honest teachers”, who are the first losers in the struggle.

However, the Aryans have set a trap for the teachers displeased with optimisation – to demand justice from Parliament and the president. I.e., to recognise legitimacy of the man, who the teachers have voted against. The Aryans establish the ordinary rescue committee of education sphere.

The nationalists demand the same justice from education sphere executives, who closed 37 schools in 8 districts, cut 1302 teachers, turned 16 secondary schools into main ones and 2 main schools were transformed into elementary.
