NAIRI HUNANYAN DEMANDS ROBERT KOCHARYAN REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
Support A1+!Key defendant in the October 27 terrorist action trial Nairi Hunanyan announced today he is collecting materials to send them to National Assembly with the demand of Robert Kocharyan’s removal from office under Article 57 of the Constitution.
The Article 57 says the republic president can be removed from the position for treason or other major crimes.
Defense attorney Samvel Martirosyan says he was told by his client that his statement is grounded on convincing evidence.
