HUNANYAN CHANGING HIS STANCE
Support A1+!Today the clothes of October 27’ victims and injured ones, covered with blood and pierced by bullets and the arms of the terrorists were shown in the Court, which were the material evidence for the crime in Parliament 4 years ago.
”Look at that!”, prosecutor Gagik Avetisyan “urged” the defendants. They didn’t look at the material evidence. They just tilted their heads.
In the morning defendant Nairi Hunanyan announced he had slept under medicine, he couldn’t make petitions, and solicited the Court to break the trial till Monday.
Solicitation was ignored.
Petition of Lyova Khachatryan, the representative of victims, was neglected, too. He demanded to allow victims’ representatives Aramazd Zakaryan and Suren Surenyants to partake in the trial. Judge Samvel Uzunyan had deprived them of the opportunity to take part in the trial for turning the Court into a political rostrum.
”Aramazd Zakaryan said the state to be a brothel and not the court”, Nairi Hunanyan joined the solicitation.
Such a statement of the defendant made the prosecution announce that ”Nairi Hunanyan and the representatives of victims belong to the same team for some reason”.
Nairi Hunanyan announced his position had changed.
