CONSIDER THE CASE ATTENTIVELY!

Social

Today the defendants of Tigran Naghdalyan’s murder case have voiced their last plea in the Court. Here we represent them partly.

Armen Sargssyan – “I would like the Court to consider all the facts thoroughly. And if I am proved to be guilty after attentively studying all the facts, so the demand of victims’ representatives is right – the customer must be sentenced to imprisonment for life”.

John Harutyunyan – “I regret what I have done. I have killed, so you decide what punishment to set for me”.

Felix Arustamyan - ”I would like you to treat me justly. I don’t regret since I haven’t done anything. I have gone there twice to kill but I didn’t and came back. I will endure any other punishment you wish. But I won’t endure it with John. I didn’t kill.

Gegham Shahbazyan - ”I have committed a very bad thing. So I am nowhere for that. I have supported the guys. I was a driver and knew them. I would like you to try me as a supporter and set a lighter punishment for me”.

Hovhanness Harutyunyan - ”I regret what was done. I have abetted them”.

Lyova Harutyunyan - ”Please, withdraw the criminal case against me”.

Court left for deliberation. Under the Criminal and Procedural Code, in the deliberation room judges have no right to receive phone calls or “guests”, i.e, they must stay away of any influence.

At the trial Saro Aramyan was obviously pressured by the Prosecution. Did he remain independent in the deliberation room? We will know this after he makes public the verdict.
