At the full session of the International Summit on Information Society the speech of Robert Kocharyan was rather impressive for the rest of the guests, especially the part, saying ”the computer programs and the services of information technologies make 1.7.

At the summit the financial problems were referred to for the first time. During works agreements were reached at in all the villages, establishments. In other words, by 2015 everyone must become participants of the global network.

Such summits are held within globalization. To enable the developing countries to partake in that project International Summit on Information Society was suggested to set up a Guarantee Fund to solve the financial problems. The problem is unsolvable and it will be cleared at the meetings during 2 coming years.

By the way, International Summit on Information Society on December 9-13 in Geneva was notable for Armenia by one more fact. The representative of Armenia, Physics Institute of Yerevan was awarded a prize.
