NAIRI BADALYAN WANTED
Support A1+!Advocate Ashot Sargsyan, the representative of the Demirchyans, introduced solicitations over the separated part of “October 27” some months ago. The petitions were accepted in October but weren’t granted for the time being. In particular, Sargsyan asked to carry out expertise on Nairi Badalyan in Parliament building.
In October Office of Prosecutor informed the advocate that his solicitation was accepted but the expertise would be made after the autumn season of Parliament activity was over.
But the expertise wasn’t implemented during the Parliament holidays and the attorney said he had found the reason a week before.
Expertise group head John Parkhoyan said that witness Nairi Badalyan defaulted so they were unable to find him to execute the expertise. By the way, Nairi Badalyan has no right to default.
”I ask all the citizens to cause me or the Office of Prosecutor to be informed if having any information about Nairi Badalyan”, advocate Ashot Sargsyan says.
