”We must possess a paper package and will control the expenses of schools thus staying away from gossips”, Vice-Mayor Kamo Areyan said at a conference.
”The aim of the program is to find whether the sums envisaged for one pupil annually by that budget serve the purpose or not”, Areyan added.
