AGAINST CORRUPTION AND POVERTY
Support A1+!”Our projects are envisaged for finding the ways to protect ourselves from corruption in Armenia and not for elimination of it”, Steven Clare, partner of reform project carried out in the public sphere of Armenia, announced during presentation organized by United Kingdom International Development Ministry.
In 2003 March UK International Development Ministry and the Armenian Government launched implementation of reforms in the social sphere of Armenia.
The aim of the project is to assist overcoming poverty in Armenia and to improve the process for making management decisions.
This year the program will be executed phase by phase, including health care, social welfare and education spheres.
Armenian Health Care Deputy Minister Hayk Darbinyan assures, working groups will be established in the Ministry within the program this year to control the medical servicing. He also informed the project allotted 2 million pound sterling for that purpose.
