ARMENIAN CULTURE FUND UNDER THREAT OF EVICTION
Support A1+!The Court of Appeal adjourned for a week hearing of a suit filed by National Sciences Academy against Armenian Culture Fund. The National Academy demands to evict the Fund from premises belonging to the Academy.
The Academy filed a similar suit against fund in 1998. The court made a decision in favor of the plaintiff but the decision wasn’t fulfilled at the wish of plaintiff himself, the Fund’s attorney Angela Gobosyan says,
