”Democracy” social organization keeps discussing the versions for constitutional reforms. No Coalition member came to the seminar held in “Armenia-Marriott” Hotel. Shavarsh Kocharyan from Opposition and President’s Councilor Seyran Avagyan were present.
The following problem was mainly discussed – to establish Constitution to restrain the Authorities who falsify elections and feel an inclination for dictatorship or to make a democratic document, which will enable to constitute a really democratic state?
The part for human rights was represented. It was suggested to eliminate the abstract clauses like “Everyone has the right for rest”. “Can I appeal to Court demanding to organize a rest for me in Miami?”, reporter Vardan Poghosyan argued.
