Support A1+!Yerevan Lake hasn’t been cleaned for more than 10 years. During the time mud of 1 million cubic meters has been accumulated. Specialists found that the mud contains toxic substances like copper and cadmium. The quantity exceeds all the approved norms. “If the mud is extracted, it can be used as fertilizer”, Romik Kosemyan, head of Municipality Department on Conservancy says. Municipality didn’t mention when the work will be launched.
