THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE MEETING WANT TO VISIT THE SOCIAL MINISTER
Support A1+!Today at noon in front of the Government building several hundreds of citizens from different regions of the country were gathered to complain against the state policy of forceful distribution of social cards. There were old people in the participant of the meeting who, by their own words, are facing starvation.
Citizen R. M. complaint that she and her husband live alone and get a pension of 22 000 drams, which is their only means of living. They have not got their pension since January due to the absence of social cards, which they principally renounce.
Several groups of people called Aghvan Vardanyan, Social Minister, to take them to Davtashen, where he lives and to show them the social conditions in which the Minister lives.
By 3 p.m. no member of the Government had met the organizers of the meeting. It is noteworthy that there were no organizers of the meeting among the people gathered there. The people said that they learnt about the meeting by different sources and let each other know about it by phone.
