OMBUDSMAN DISCONTENT WITH ARMENIAN CRITERIA
Support A1+!RA Ombudsman Larissa Alaverdyan had a meeting with the representatives of the Shirak region non-governmental organizations and Mass Media and citizens.
According to him, the activity realized by the Human Rights Defender Institute in Armenia is far from international criteria. Although there is not any country where human rights are not violated, democratic and non-democratic countries differ from one another by the fact that the formers accept their mistakes and try to correct them, and the latters, among which stands Armenia, do not accept them.
During the meeting the participants spoke about the realization and development of the Human Rights Defender Institute in Armenia.
