IMPORTED YOGURTS ARE NOT HEALTHY
Support A1+!From September 10 till November 10 a monitoring of the product called “yogurt” has been carried out in the Armenian market. The results of the laboratory investigations showed that there are no healthy micro organisms in the imported yogurts.
During the investigation different types of yogurt have been bought from the market and sent to 3 experimental laboratories. Senior scientific worker of the RA National Academy of Sciences Microbiology Institute Laura Hakobyan mentioned, “There is no mention about the validity dates. The design is interesting, but the content does not correspond to it. Besides, they are expensive”.
The monitoring has been carried out by several companies. Why yogurt? Head of the Armenian Consumers National Union commented, «We have received many complaints from the consumers about intoxications from yogurts. Besides, we took into account the fact that yogurt is widely used by children».
According to the «Legal Environmental Protection Center» head Aida Iskoyan, «Constant state control must be applied in the field in order to regulate it».
