According to surveys, many young people in Karabakh do not marry because they have no house to live in. Deputy Gegham Baghdasaryan proposed to double the sum of 200 million AMD allotted foe hypothec credits. He stressed that many people leave Karabah because they lost hope to receive a flat.

The deputy «found» the extra 200 millions in the program of capital construction. It cleared out that the draft budget calls for over 1.5 billion AMD for the construction of new buildings for the parliament and government as well as the repair of presidential residence. While about 30 million is allotted for the construction of a new 45-flat building.

According to the deputy, the expenses for the state buildings are set too high and they can be reduced with 200 thousand, karabakh-online.com reported.
