Support A1+!Тhe fact ex-rector of the Yerevan State University didn’t get the post of chair of University Council wasn’t taken unambiguously by the teaching staff and the students of the University.
Lecturer of Russian language Sahakanouysh Bazyan finds it strange. Even stranger she considers presence of oligarchs in the Council. «Only a man of science can be a member of the Council, not an outer man», she noted.
As to the students, the majority of them, either is not aware of or is not interested in what's going on at the University. Strange it may sound they take the rector's resignment normally and even sre of the opinion that it must have been earlier, considering the age of Mr. Martirosyan.
Today Secretary of Science and Education Sergo Yeritsyan confirmed pro-rector Edward Chubaryan at the post of acting official.
