POWER FAILURE DURING THE PLAY

Yesterday the spectators of the State Academic Theater after Sundukyan did not manage to enjoy the play “Night Feast” till the end. When the first act was over, the whole theater sank into darkness.

First the audience applauded for the seeming «surprise of director», but when it turned out there was no surprise, the hall was filled with light coming from cell phones. 30 minutes later a candlestick with 10 candles was placed on the stage.

We learned from the press service of the Yerevan power network that “the cables were damaged because of overloading”. The theater informed them about the accident at 08:30 p.m., and the results were eliminated at about 11:00 p.m. The reason was that the theater had only one source of energy instead of two.

The workers of the box office of the theater claimed that the same tickets will be valid for the play «Irretrievable Future» on February 26.
