POLICEMEN COOPERATING WITH DISHONEST BROKERS

About 11 citizens suffered from the activity of the “vagrant brokers” in Yerevan in 2003. Today the Armenian Aryan Union and the initiative group of the citizens who suffered from the vagrant brokers informed the society about the situation.
Citizen of Yerevan Robert Amiryan needed 1500 USD. He turned to his neighbor Ruzanna Adamyan with the request to give him money with interests. The latter agreed, putting forward her conditions. «I agreed to them and pawned my house. She sold my house and now the court officers are evicting me from my house», Robert Amiryan tells. There are also people who bought houses in 2003 but cannot go and live there as the people registered there refuse to come out. As it turns out, the broker cheated both of them
11 citizens received the decision of court to free the houses within three days, otherwise they will be evicted. They have turned to the police with the announcement that brokers Ruzanna Adamyan, Arthur Grigoryan, Aram Mirzabekyan, Vigen Arzoumanyan, Avetiq Amiryan, and Lida Aroyan have cheated them with the aim of obtaining their houses.
“By now we have had no results. According to our information, police investigators Khachik Khachatryan, Masis Melqonyan and Hayk Avagyan are interested in closing the case and refuse to arouse a criminal case. The dishonest brokers announce that they have no problems either in the police or in the Prosecutor's office. They are all their friends”, head of the initiative group Flora Shakhgoulyan says.
They have applied to the Ministry of Justice, the NA, the President and the Attorney General and asked to examine the cases in the Prosecutor’s office.
