Private TV Company ANS has been deprived of the broadcasting license last week according to the law, announced Ali Hasanov, head of the public department of the President's administration.

According to agency «Trend», Hasanov said that the activity of the TV Companies is regulated by the National Council of Television and Radio, «Even the President of the country does not have the right to interfere with the activity of the Council and to change its members».

Hasanov advised those who are not content with the decision of the Council to turn to the European Court.
