RESIDENTS OF KOZERN WERE GIVEN HOPE
Support A1+!Today the residents of Kozern district were gathered opposite President Kocharyan’s residence and demanded property licenses.
In the district with 120 houses no one has a property license, although all of them have applied to the cadastre in order to get it. “The mayor has given permission, but the cadastre refuses to live us license. They say only part of us will get it, and give no reason for not giving license to the others”, says Mrs. Lena. Moreover, the participants of the protest action stated that no one knows the names of those who will get license. They demanded to give license to everyone all at once.
By the way, the participants of the protest action carried a poster which said, “Head of Cadastre Manouk Vardanyan, do not violate the Constitution”.
Representatives of the city municipality talked to the residents of Kozern and said that they cannot interfere with the affair where the cadastre is concerned. Later, head of the cadastre of the Kentron community Arthur Petrosyan arrived at the site. According to advocate Samvel Mkrtchyan, an agreement has been reached: the residents of the district have been promised licenses for all of the houses.
