The Rescuers' group of Lori Marz and the corresponding specialists of Tashir immediately arrived on the scene.
It turned out that the concrete passage was built illegally.
Fortunately, there were no sufferers.

On December 13, at about 3:22 p.m., A fire broke out in House 109, Sayat-Nova Street, Armavir. A fire brigade was sent to the scene.
10-square kitchen burnt down.
The fire was put out at 3:48p.m.
