Doctor of the department Mher Yengibaryan, mother of the newborn child Gyulnara Manvelyan and Yelizaveta Arustamyan have been arrested. The investigation is in process.
According to the information obtained, the newborn child was a boy and the mother estimated 2000 US dollars for her child's sale.
