According to the “Tsanshin” (Road construction) company of the Ministry of Communication and Transportation, the snow is already being cleared off. All other roads and streets are currently open, reports “Tsanshin”
The residents of Armenia are concerned over the sudden weather changes. “Spring has already set but weather changes caught us unawares. It is again raining and it is awfully cold,” Anna Tovmasyan says.
68-year-old Arpik Vardanyan complains, “I was glad that I would pay no more electric bill. But the weather changed all of a sudden. Now I had to heat my flat again. You know how hard it is for a pensioner to pay electric bill”.
