“Kurkjian and others” and “Uzunyan and others” against “Aksa” insurance company on the case of compensating the heirs of the victims of Armenian genocide, the terms of the depositors hairs’ applications were prolonged. The applications may be submitted to the RA Ministry of Justice till 20 December every day from 9:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

The Ministry has received about 800 applications. It should be reminded that any person whose ancestors’ last names are in the list disseminated by the “Aksa” company may submit an application.
