According to our data, the penitentiary has recently undergone certain changes, and the new head has established strict discipline.
Today the Penitentiary Department of the RA Justice Ministry refuted the data stating it is incompliant with the reality.
“JM “Nubarashen” Penitentiary employees found a mobile phone on Haik Torosian. Haik Torosian disobeyed their order and broke the phone,” Arsen Babayan, the press secretary of the JM “Nubarashen” Penitentiary, told A1+.
The penitentiary administration is instructed to reveal the details and provide further information.
